The inner ring of cylindrical roller bearing can be disassembled by induction heating method. In a short period of time heating local, so that the inner ring expansion after drawing method. Induction heating method is also used when a large number of these bearing inner rings need to be installed.

When the bearing is removed for inspection, the appearance should be recorded by photography and other methods first. In addition, the amount of remaining lubricant should be confirmed and sampled before cleaning the bearing.

Examination and Judgment
In order to judge whether the removed bearing can be reused, it is necessary to check its dimensional accuracy, rotation accuracy, internal clearance, mating surface, raceway surface, cage and sealing ring, etc. Because large bearings can not be rotated by hand, pay attention to check the appearance of rolling body, raceway surface, cage, guard surface, etc. The higher the importance of bearings, the more careful inspection must be.

The reason of rolling bearing heating and its elimination method
Bearing low accuracy: choose bearings with specified precision grade.
Spindle bent or box hole different heart: Repair the spindle or box.
Poor lubrication: choose the specified brand of lubrication materials and appropriate cleaning.
Low assembly quality: improve assembly quality.

Bearings are coated with appropriate amount of anti-rust oil and packed with anti-rust paper when leaving the factory. As long as the packaging is not damaged, the quality of bearings will be guaranteed. But for long-term storage, it is appropriate to store it on a shelf 30cm above the ground under the condition of humidity below 65% and temperature about 20℃. In addition, the storage place should be away from direct sunlight or contact with cold walls.
