JF-20 high tin aluminum base bearing is made of steel plate with AISN20Cu material rolled on the surface. The product has medium fatigue strength and bearing capacity, good corrosion resistance, good sliding performance and other characteristics.
The product is commonly used as bushing of medium and small power internal combustion engine, bushing of train engine and bushing of air compressor. It is a new product to replace Babbitt alloy.

JF-20 is a bearing with a high percentage of tin and aluminum composition.With stecl as back and press AISn20Cu as lining.the bushing is of fairly good performance in anti-fatigue, load capacity,anti-corrosion and smooth sliding movement.It is widely applied under high speed and low load.It can be made into bearing shells for internal combustion engine with mid or low power or bearing shells for trains,air compressor and coling machines.It is a good substitution for Babbit material.
